JOB DESCRIPTION

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Acquisitions and Workplace Strategies Team is dedicated to creating a fully integrated, elegant, and seamless end-to-end experience for our clients. As a proactive self-starter, you will be responsible for executing the defined vision, which requires regular alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery. In this role, you will report progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders, while also escalating risks and issues through executive-level reporting to maintain transparency and facilitate timely resolution.

As the Vice President of Product Delivery  on the Wealth Management Acquisitions and Workplace Strategies Team, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management products and client experiences. This role partners across Product, Technology, Data, Design, and Change Management teams to ensure seamless, high-quality solutions that meet client, advisor, and business needs. The VP will lead cross-functional efforts to define, execute, and continuously improve product journeys, capabilities, and operational readiness within a matrixed organization.  You will direct strategic thinking and the approach for Wealth Management advisor, service, and client journeys, focusing on client experience and, own end-to-end journey mapping and capability definition to ensure enhancements align with business goals and client needs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly identify critical aspects of problems and structure engagements to address key issues across advisor, service, and client communication journeys
  • Analyze data and analytics across distribution channels and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Design teams to visualize, validate, and implement product ideas and improvements
  • Partner with Product Managers and PMOs to translate product strategy into actionable deliverables, milestones, and multi-year roadmaps
  • Define and track high level requirements / features for Wealth Management products
  • Establish and monitor goals, priorities, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product delivery
  • Drive disciplined performance management and reporting across product horizontals
  • Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery timelines, experience, and budget
  • Lead change management activities for Workplace Solutions and coordinate with go-to-market teams
  • Oversee completion of regulatory, risk, controls, and compliance requirements in partnership with Product Execution leads
  • Ensure readiness for regulatory assessments and product releases
  • Ensure pre- and post-release activities are completed, including production validations, Beta/UAT testing, and defect management
  • Mentor and develop junior and new team members, fostering skills in problem solving, analytics, communication, and execution
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in Stock Plan & Wealth Management products and regulatory environments
  • Provide ongoing insights and transparency to key partners on progress, solution design, agility, budget, and execution (e.g., JIRA tracking)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 – 8 years in product management, design, or product delivery roles preferably in Wealth Management, Workplace Solutions or Financial Services
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Expertise in data analysis, product strategy, and performance management
  • Experience with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and agile methodologies
