As an Analytics Manager, you will lead and develop a team delivering advanced analytics and insights that drive commercial performance and support strategic decision-making across the business. You will champion the use of data and analytical techniques to solve complex problems, helping teams better understand performance, identify opportunities, and make more informed decisions.


Your primary focus will be to shape and lead the advanced analytics capability, overseeing the development of analytical models, insight generation, and experimentation that support growth, efficiency, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Data & AI team and play a key role in supporting our transformation goals, championing a culture of experimentation, advanced analytics, and data-led decision making across the organisation.

Who you are

  • Work in cross-functional squads with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Product teams to deliver integrated data solutions to business problems.
  • Lead the team in applying advanced analytical techniques such as statistical modelling, forecasting, segmentation, causal analysis, and experimentation to uncover insight and predict outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure analytical outputs are practical, relevant, and adopted.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly, translating statistical insight into compelling business recommendations.
  • Develop team capability and promote innovation by encouraging continuous learning, adoption of new analytical techniques, and awareness of emerging AI and analytics technologies.

What you will do

  • Lead Advanced Analytics capability by managing and developing a team delivering statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and experimentation that supports business decision-making.
  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions, identifying opportunities where advanced analytics and statistics can drive measurable commercial impact.
  • Deliver high-value analytical initiatives that generate actionable insights and improve performance across key business areas.
  • Shape and prioritise the advanced analytics roadmap, ensuring work aligns with business priorities and delivers tangible value.
  • Champion data-led decision making by promoting experimentation, analytical thinking, and the effective use of insights across the organisation.
