We’re looking for a VP of UX who can help us think bigger, design smarter, and imagine what Trustpilot products could look like in the next decade. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the way millions of people interact with our products every day, while leading and inspiring a talented UX team.
This isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about embedding design into our strategy, influencing how we solve problems, and leveraging the latest AI tools to create smarter, faster, and more innovative workflows. If you love turning insight into action, guiding teams to craft experiences people love, and making design a strategic driver for business impact, this role is for you.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll act as the strategic lead for all things UX at Trustpilot. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure design is a central part of our business strategy.
