Sr. Software Engineer
Join us as a Software Engineer, VP, for CIAM at Barclays, where you will bring to life a new digitalplatform capability, transforming and modernizing our digital estate to build a market-leadingdigital off ering with customer experience at its heart. This is an exciting and key role, partneringwith business aligned engineering and product teams, to ensure a collaborative team culture is atthe heart of what we do.
To be successful as a Software Engineer, VP, you should have:
•Considerable IAM engineer background with broad expertise across the IAM domain,including tooling, products, protocols, taxonomy, identity management, authentication,authorization and identity federation
•Expertise with single sign on, OAuth2, OIDC, PKI, PSD2 SCA knowledge and possession basedauthentication. ForgeRock developer experience with PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM andPingDS, including JavaScript coding of PingGateway scripted routes, and PingAMauthentication tree nodes
•Experience coding across either JavaScript or Java, and you must be comfortable in designingextensible IAM APIs for seamless integration with external and internal applications
•Working knowledge of implementing PingAM custom authentication trees, includingdownstream API integration with threat sensors (ThreatMetrix, BioCatch, etc.), adaptiveauthentication and step-up authentication, including the ability to implement data linksbetween internal and external LDAPS, JDBC, SOAP, HTTPS and other data sources
Some other highly valued skills may include:
•Experience in implementing PingGateway single-sign-on routes, dynamic proxies and fi lterchains, or implementing PingIDM based data links
•Experience in partnering with security, product, engineering and compliance teams, to embedidentity-first principles into the DevSecOps lifecycle
