Generally, the team is form in Squad where each squad consist of Squad Lead, Business Analyst, Dev lead, Developers and Testers. This Squad structure provides more connectivity among team members and allows us to deliver faster as all resources work as one group on dedicated tasks.
 

About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer I, you will play a crucial role in overseeing software development within your specific area of responsibility. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from technical problem-solving to coding task.

Responsibilities

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
• Provide input on best practices and industry standards to improve development processes.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the web applications.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to design and integrate APIs and services.
• Lead the development of reusable components, modules, and libraries

Testing and Debugging:

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues and bugs.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Technical Skills:

• 4+ Years of experience with Java, Spring Framework, Rest Services, Hibernate, JPA, jQuery frameworks
• Proficiency in Angular.
• Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack, npm, and Angular CLI.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular Material.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
