JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

As a part of the MLCOE’s Product Operations team, you will focus on the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs). These SoPs are designed to establish standardized, transparent, and repeatable processes for managing requests, implementing procedures, and maintaining operational excellence in product-related activities and contributing to the delivery of best-in-class user experiences for MLCOE products.

Job responsibilities

• Assist in daily product operations, including monitoring, issue resolution, and process optimization.
• Address client inquiries and operational issues, triaging/ escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline workflows and improve product performance.
• Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics to inform decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with Product Managers, MLCOE Business Ops, Technology, Risk, and other teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials (Product Ops internal and supporting material for the user support for various SOPs with version control)
• Ensure all operational activities adhere to compliance requirements and internal JPMC policies.
• Support the implementation of new products, features, or operational changes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch monitoring. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Machine Learning concepts and 1+ years applied experience
• Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Hands on experience of working on Python and data visualization tools (Qlikview, Tableau, Alteryx) for monitoring product performance.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, engineers, product, and compliance teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• AI Enthusiast with understanding of AI/ML concepts 
• Product lifecycle management: from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or business.
