Are you ready to transform how payments disbursements, operations, and controls are developed and delivered in the public sector? As a Product Delivery Lead in our Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Team, you will leverage your problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive customer-centric strategies. As a leader in delivery, you will collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Legal & Contracts, and Risk & Control teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs.
As a Product Manager in the North America Public Sector Product Team, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to cross-functional teams leveraging your knowledge of treasury, payments and Public Sector products and solutions.
