Role summary
There are three key towers in the IT organisation: Technology, Data and Product.
Technology is made up of Technology Services, who provide systems support and the
run and maintenance of our systems. Technology Delivery is concerned with delivering
technology change into the Business. Architecture is focused on supporting the
delivery of IT Architectural Design functions to align with the Business strategy and
expectations.
The Technology Delivery team comprises of Business Analysts, Project Managers,
Delivery Managers and Testing and Environments Manager.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to support the delivery
of the IT deliverables and planning for property projects.
This role involves coordinating technical requirements, managing project timelines, and
ensuring seamless communication between IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in IT project coordination, office technology
installation, and workspace buildouts.
Key responsibilities and deliverables
The Technical Project Coordinator will support the delivery of key projects within the IT
Property Portfolio. Working closely with the Delivery Manager, in-house technical
teams, IT Service team, and 3rd party suppliers, the Technology Project Coordinator
will assist in shaping and delivering project-based change.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects for the technical property
delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks, providing regular updates to
stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Ensure quality assurance and governance is applied to all aspects of the
programme consistently and reported in accordance with the Property portfolio
