Join one of the worldâs leading financial organizations and promote innovation in the Chase Conversational AI product area. This role focuses on developing a sophisticated Virtual Assistant to enhance customer experiences across various platforms. You'll need to quickly understand Chase's Conversational AI architecture and work with Natural Language and Machine Learning technologies. As a Senior Product Associate in the Chase Conversational AI product area, you will lead the delivery work of one or two scrum teams and give guidance and direction to the team on the product requirements, as well as collaborate and motivate the team. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a passion for digital innovation are essential. Lead scrum teams, collaborate with Product Managers, and ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of platform initiatives. The product person will partner closely with Product Managers to translate initiatives into epics and stories using agile methodologies and controls. They will collaborate across teams, functions, and disciplines to ensure continual progress and removal of impediments to deliver with a high degree of quality and efficiency. They also manage production defects and dependencies between Product Managers team as well as outside dependencies (DSTs).
