Join us as an IT Client Onboarding Administrator and play a key part in setting our clients up for success across Evri’s technology platforms.

What you’ll be doing

As an IT Client Onboarding Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring new clients - and new services for existing clients - are configured accurately and efficiently across our IT systems.

Using ServiceNow, you’ll manage onboarding tasks, incidents and service requests, supporting a smooth end-to-end experience while ensuring SLA compliance and high data quality.

Key responsibilities

Set up and configure new clients within Evri IT systems accurately and on time

Manage onboarding-related tasks, incidents and service requests via ServiceNow

Ensure requests are logged, tracked and completed in line with agreed SLAs

Maintain accurate client records and data integrity at all times

Monitor and report on onboarding progress against agreed requirements

Update and maintain process documentation to reflect current practices

Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across IT and account teams

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who is organised, client-focused and confident working with IT systems and processes.

Experience in an IT support, onboarding or administrative role

Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accur
