This is more than just a strategic position; it’s a leadership role that drives change and impacts our entire commercial operation. You’ll lead the Product Marketing efforts for the Legal & Education categories, ensuring our messaging, value propositions, and strategies stay ahead of the curve. You’ll also take on responsibility of managing and mentoring members of the Product Marketing team, helping them to grow and excel.

You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our technology and products to life, creating plans that bring measurable impact to the Legal & Education sectors. Your ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and translate complex ideas into actionable strategies will be key in shaping the future of these categories.

What You Will Do

Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans
Create and lead long-term marketing strategies for the Legal & Education categories, aligning them with roadmap goals and business objectives.


Provide Team Leadership
Manage, mentor, and develop members of the Product Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.


Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) Success
Plan and execute impactful GTM strategies for product releases and launches, ensuring market engagement and alignment with sales and field marketing initiatives.


Positioning and Messaging
Research and refine messaging, positioning, and value propositions to resonate with target personas and stay competitive in the market.


Enable Sales Teams
Create and deliver sales enablement tools and materials to enhance sales team performance and customer engagement.


Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Commercial Units, Product Management, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to execute marketing strategies and deliver successful outcomes.


Champion Customer Insights
Gather and deliver customer feedback and market intelligence to Product Management to influence the product roadmap.


Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to align on goals and strategies.


Be a Product Evangelist
Serve as a category expert and spokesperson, representing the business at internal and external events, including sales meetings.


Train and Educate Teams
Support the development and awareness of designated categories by training internal teams and instilling best practices within our Product Marketing Framework.

What You Will Have

  • At least 3 years previous Senior Product Management or Product Marketing experience, or similar preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Previous experience in the UK legal sector either within a law firm or as a software vendor to law firms
  • Virtual-Team management for GTM activity
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
