About Us
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Coordination Specialist. This role focuses on coordinating with international teams to ensure secure handling and processing of sensitive data, while optimizing resource allocation for efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Coordination
○ Coordinate with offshore teams to deidentify sensitive data, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
○ Manage workflows that facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
2. Compliance & Security
○ Ensure all data handling processes adhere to strict security standards, focusing on the protection of sensitive information.
○ Develop and implement procedures that maintain data integrity throughout the processing cycle.
3. Integration & Scripting
○ Receive outputs from offshore teams and integrate them into production systems using appropriate scripts and tools, particularly utilizing DBT for data transformation and modeling.
○ Maintain and optimize scripting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
○ Experience with AWS services, particularly in data processing, storage, and integration, is essential.
4. Project Management
○ Develop and maintain efficient workflows that allow for cost-effective resource allocation without compromising on quality or security standards.
○ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
5. Responsiveness & Adaptability
○ Be responsive to changing data shapes and requirements, demonstrating the ability to adapt and evolve as needed within an agreed-upon framework.
Qualifications
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or SQL. Experience with data integration tools, production systems, and DBT for data transformation and modeling. Familiarity with AWS services, particularly in data processing, storage, and integration.
● Compliance & Security: Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance standards.
● Healthcare Sector Experience: Preferred experience working in the healthcare sector, particularly with data related to medical claims and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience 3+ years in coordinating international teams, preferably with offshore operations.
● Experience in managing complex data workflows involving multiple international teams.
● Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
● Knowledge of semantic layer development or integration with analytics platforms relevant to healthcare data.
● Familiarity with the Tuva Health Framework for healthcare data integration and analytics.
