Job Summary
The Manager 1, Construction (Enterprise Permitting) is responsible for leading and standardizing the enterprise wide construction permitting process in support of network builds, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives. This role serves as the central authority for permitting strategy, governance, and performance, ensuring consistent processes, regulatory compliance, and on time permit delivery across all regions. The Manager partners cross functionally with Engineering, Construction, Legal, and Regional teams to align permitting requirements with construction timelines, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and reduce permitting related risk and delays. This position does not manage construction execution or field crews but owns the end to end permitting lifecycle, process improvement, and regional enablement. The selected individual may work from anywhere within the United States; however, this role requires regular, on site presence at a Comcast office Monday through Friday in alignment with enterprise business needs.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $93,751.20 - $175,783.50. This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $84,376.08 USD - $156,252.00.
