This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

We’re looking for a senior AI product leader to drive the commercial impact of our AI and personalisation capabilities. This role will shape the long‑term AI product vision, deliver measurable value, and influence strategic decision‑making across the organisation. You'll partner closely with senior leaders, data science, engineering, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver AI products that unlock revenue growth and transform customer engagement.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven leadership of AI/ML product portfolios delivering measurable commercial outcomes (e.g., revenue uplift, ARPU, churn reduction).
  • Experience influencing SLT/Executive stakeholders and shaping enterprise‑level AI strategy.
  • Strong understanding of personalisation, predictive modelling, and real‑time decisioning platforms.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead in a matrixed organisation without formal authority across tech and commercial functions.
  • Track record of defining and delivering multi‑year AI product roadmaps aligned to business and platform capabilities.
  • Deep experience with outcome measurement frameworks, including ROI tracking, experiment design, and optimisation.
The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience managing external AI partners or cloud providers.
  • Background in large‑scale data or digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of ethical AI and governance frameworks.
