What you'll be doing:  

  • Lead multiple engineering teams that iteratively deliver scalable software solutions
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of partners within business and technology teams to execute product roadmaps
  • Recruit and retain engineering talent
  • Determine, generate, and implement process improvements to streamline areas for your team such as hiring, software delivery, and internal/external communication

What you should have: 

  • Understanding of architectural patterns for highly available, scalable, low-latency, asynchronous systems (for example, well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
  • Experience with any cloud-based provider like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Proven experience attracting, hiring, retaining and leading top engineering talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Significant experience as an engineering manager and hands on developer
  • Ability to understand and improve the quality of multiple teams and code

Salary Range: $170,000.00 to $255,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
