Job Purpose: * The Loyalty Analyst's primary responsibility will be to lead the analytics and implementation of Domino's Pizza's closed beta loyalty program. 

Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to optimise the loyalty program's performance and customer engagement. 

Key Responsibilities/Job Tasks: * Create/Improve reporting of the loyalty pilot through PowerBi to provide key insights and updates on performance

Provide customer level insights into the performance of the pilot and any optimizations using AB testing. 

Create financial modelling of the any further loyalty pilot, and full program rollouts 

Any ADHOC loyalty requests 

Provide business updates on the performance and progress of the loyalty pilot. 

JOB SPECIFICATION

  1. Professional Qualification(s)

Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related quantitative field · experience in customer analytics, web analytics, loyalty program analysis, or similar data-driven roles

  1. Knowledge

  • Good proficiency in SQL, with ability to create complex queries and data models

  • Advanced-level skills in advanced Excel and data visualization tools

  • Desired - proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, Python)

  •  Desired - Strong understanding of customer loyalty program mechanics and digital marketing analytics

  1. Skills/Ability

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills

  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets

  •  Strong problem-solving capabilities* Good communication and presentation skills

  •  Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions

Technical Requirements: 

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau 
  • Desired Experience with advanced statistical modelling
  • Desired Expertise in customer data platform analytics 
  • Proven experience in A/B testing and experimental design
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement metrics
