As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll work across the entire company, whether that’s with product teams or the go-to-market teams, running high impact research projects that will help drive decisions to meet our company goals.
Our centralised research model means you will learn about all parts of the company, and our rigorous research prioritisation process means you will be working on the most impactful projects to drive the company forward. Alongside the other senior researchers in the team, you’ll also drive initiatives to improve the impact and reach of research (e.g. insights management, research democratisation, improving our prioritisation process and framework).
Of course, you're not alone. You'll also be part of the User Research and wider Product/UX function who'll always be there to provide support, share learnings and celebrate your achievements.
Working closely with stakeholders to define research needs, priorities, and integrating findings into the broader product strategy
Managing and executing evaluative and strategic projects, with minimal support
Communicate research insights and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways; tailoring insights to suit the audience (everyone from junior ICs up to the C-suite), varying levels of detail and complexity as appropriate/required
Supporting the Research community by contributing to our Research Guild to foster collaboration, share knowledge, and strengthen the research culture and improve the ways of working across the organisation to ensure the Research Team retains its status as a valuable business partner
Managing research insights so that they are easily accessible to the wider company

Proven work experience in a Senior User Researcher role working in a fast-paced B2C product environment
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to advocate for research and influence decision-making across teams
Experience collaborating across the org to develop a holistic understanding of our business, our users, and the best ways to serve them, gaining and sharing diverse perspectives and data
Expertise in a range of research methods, both evaluative and formative
Proven ability to independently lead research projects from conception to completion
The ability to uncover meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations that can be converted into real product enhancements and clear decision making
Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying new opportunities for product development through research
Experience working with commercial or growth teams and monetisation strategies
Comfortable working in a flexible environment with changing priorities
Experience setting up and streamlining the research ops process
Experience democratising and empowering others to do great research
