We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - ETF AND INDEXING SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be:

• The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Client Business Center of Excellence Office in Asset Management
• Coordination and maintenance  of Sales, Service & support processes for the Index Funds within Asset Management
• The role holder will be responsible to ensure  the production and distribution of client reports and investment review meeting materials to support index sales & client service team
• The role holder will be responsible handling client requests involving qualitative analysis
• Devise delivery strategy to  the sales team with client Request For Proposals, coordinate with Request For Proposals and other functional teams to update the responses within time to increase efficiency.
• Devise delivery strategies with client reports as well as regular reporting requests from the sales team
• The role holder will support sales and strategy teams with Peer comparison, Performance attribution, Environmental, Social Goverance screening and Stock allocation

To be successful, you will:

• Qualification - Post Graduation  or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
• Capital Markets Industry certifications preferred. Experience in Client Relationship Management, client reporting, sales & service support operations for Institutional clients
• Experience in supporting Exchange Trade Fund(ETF) & Index Sales team and handling client service requests – regular and ad-hoc (Reports, Materials, etc.)
• Knowledge of Exchange Trade Fund(ETF) & Index products, financial markets, macro-economic environment, theory, tools and strategies
• Working knowledge Power BI, Python, and Structured query language(SQL) (To replace Basic programming skills preferred)
