The role
The Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring the assurance of our systems and processes. That means working in the Assurance team to:
- Work with privacy, security and resilience control owners to ensure we have well documented controls that we are able to monitor
- Responding to audit requests; whether from partners, merchants or regulators
- Maintaining our ISO, SOC and Cyber Essentials certifications and attestations
- Reviewing our key third parties to ensure that meet the standards we require
Building confidence in our approach to privacy, security and resilience is important. So part of the role requires that we have an easily digestible set of documentation and evidence for a mix of auditors, partners and merchants and that this information is understood and can be actioned by our sales and customer teams where possible.
