Job Description
This on-site role provides Tier 1 technical support and customer service across a range of hardware, software, and A/V environments. Responsibilities include day-to-day support operations, hardware inventory tracking, and frontline troubleshooting of devices and conference room setups.
Responsibilities
Deliver timely, high-quality, customer-focused support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or escalate to the Team Lead when needed
Set up and support conference room technology (presentations, events, etc.)
Perform Tier 1 desktop administration, including:
Basic Active Directory tasks
Reviewing event logs
Pushing software to clients
Maintain, update, and audit device inventory
Identify and report opportunities for process improvement
Support shift-based coverage when necessary (not all weeks will be standard day shifts)
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of recent Microsoft Windows OS, Office suite, MS Teams, and Dell laptops
Working understanding of corporate/home networks (especially Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
Experience with remote support tools and methods
Familiarity with A/V setups and basic troubleshooting
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
Exposure to disaster recovery testing is a plus
