Global Supply Management (GSM) is responsible for helping Amex maximize the purchasing power of third party spend. We provide strategic consultation to the business and provide end-to-end procurement services. We maximize the purchasing power of the Company to drive the best value from our supplier base which then frees up investment capacity. GSM together with our business partners manages the supplier strategy for the Company, identifying and on-boarding new suppliers, realizing significant cost saves and revenue generation relating to working with Global Commercial Services and Global Merchant Services Teams to increase billings and merchant coverage and ensuring an optimal user experience for Amex employees and suppliers.
Based in New York, the Global Agency Relations (GAR) team sits within Global Supply Management and supports American Express’s global marketing and promotions categories by driving value through strengthening and elevating strategic agency partnerships worldwide, fostering an innovative pipeline of potential new partners, and maintaining a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and third-party risk.
Strategic Sourcing and Business Enablement (SS&BE) is responsible for helping Amex maximize its purchasing power with third parties. The Global Agency Relations team is responsible for bringing the best expertise, quality, and innovations to American Express through our third-party marketing relationships. In proactively managing our strategy and relationships with agencies and partners, we ensure the best partner talent and performance and improve the value of our marketing investments. This is a global role supporting all Amex customer segments across multiple sub-categories such as creative, media, experiential, and other key marketing services.
The Global Agency Relations Program Analyst will support and enable core operational workstreams that help marketing partners across the enterprise work efficiently, effectively, and compliantly with our agencies. The role focuses on program execution, analysis, process support, and stakeholder coordination, working closely with the Global Agency Relations Program Manager. Work will include a wide range of functions, including, but not limited to, agency relationship management, agency compliance, and business unit support.

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually + bonus + benefits
