We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Infrastructure Services to join our TSG team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

Serve as the COO / Business Manager for Workplace Technology Engineering & Support (WT/WTS), responsible for driving global strategy, execution governance, operational performance, and business management rhythms. This role also supports India TSG & Production Services with people, HR, and organizational operations, ensuring consistent talent and workforce experience across the India technology organization.

WT/WTS delivers End-User technology engineering & support, along with maintenance of infrastructure & patching activities to ensure resilience and End-User productivity across more than 60,000 endpoints and over 100 offices worldwide.

  • India Regional Leadership Support: Provide HR governance and support for TSG & Production Services staff in India by facilitating regional HR initiatives, driving cultural engagement, managing visitor agendas, organizing leadership sessions/Townhalls, Campus recruitment program etc. With an aim to ensure alignment with global and regional talent/functional strategies to help build a cohesive workforce in India across TSG & PS.
  • Financial Governance: Oversee and implement financial disciplines to deliver RTB and CTB financial goals for WT/WTS. Review monthly P&L, Participate & support budget planning process, and align headcount and transformation strategies with financial targets.
  • Headcount Forecasting & Gearing Ratios: Oversee headcount forecasting and gearing ratio tracking & maintenance to guide leadership on optimal resource alignment. Coordinate with HR and finance to anticipate staffing needs, monitor workforce trends and attrition, and identify skill gaps. Provide concise reports and recommendations to support talent planning, hiring, and organizational growth.
  • Performance Management & KPI: Owns the development, reporting, and ongoing management of key operational metrics and OKRs that provide transparency into function health and performance, enabling executive decision-making and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and governance standards. Accountable for delivering clear, integrated performance insights to leadership through robust reporting frameworks.
  • BoW - Strategy & Project Governance: Accountable to oversee and implement the BoW strategy using Agile methods, collaborating with function leads to turn transformation and automation goals into actionable plans, and set clear OKRs, KPIs, and milestones for effective governance and executive reporting.
  • Workflow Modernization & Automations: The role oversees coordination across multiple teams and regions to standardize service delivery and drive innovation in end-user technology. Key responsibilities (but not limited) include review & drive AI-driven improvements within the Ticket workflows, Data enrichment & automation initiatives, automation of manual workflows etc

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  

  • Proven experience operating as a COO/Business Manager for large-scale technology operations, with a track record of driving global strategy, execution governance, operational performance, and business management rhythms.
  • Deep understanding of end-user technology engineering and support within enterprise environments (e.g., infrastructure maintenance, patching, endpoint productivity) at global scale-ideally across tens of thousands of endpoints and distributed offices.
  • Strong India regional leadership capability, including HR governance and partnership with HR/Finance: able to drive cultural engagement, plan visitor agendas, organize leadership sessions and townhalls, and lead campus recruitment programs while aligning with global talent and functional strategies.
  • Financial acumen and governance expertise: experience delivering RTB/CTB goals, reviewing and interpreting monthly P&L, participating in budget planning cycles, and aligning headcount and transformation initiatives to financial targets.
  • Workforce planning skills: proficiency in headcount forecasting, gearing ratio management, attrition and skills-gap analysis, and providing concise, data-driven recommendations that guide talent planning, hiring, and organizational design.
  • Performance management excellence: ability to define, implement, and manage operational metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that provide transparent insights into function health and enable executive decision-making.
  • Portfolio and project governance expertise: experience implementing Book of Work strategies using Agile methods; capable of converting transformation and automation goals into actionable plans with clear OKRs, KPIs, milestones, and executive reporting.
  • Workflow modernization and automation leadership: demonstrable success standardizing service delivery across regions, and driving AI-enabled improvements in ticket workflows, data enrichment, and automation of manual processes.
  • Strong program management and change management capabilities across multiple teams and time zones, with a focus on disciplined execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including cross-functional coordination with engineering, support, HR, finance, and executive leadership.
  • High bias for action, resilience, and ability to influence without authority in a complex, matrixed, global organization.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with competing priorities, ensuring governance standards, compliance, and consistency in talent and workforce experience.
