Job Summary :

****This is an in office position in Omaha Nebraska****

As a Business Development Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building a pipeline of healthcare facilities, and establishing long-term partnerships. This role is highly focused on prospecting, sales, and revenue growth — perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on hitting goals and growing accounts from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

Prospect, identify, and secure new healthcare facility clients.

Develop customized proposals and present staffing solutions to decision-makers.

Negotiate new contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.

Collaborate with recruiters to ensure fulfillment of new client needs.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account executive roles.

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Knowledge of healthcare staffing or workforce solutions strongly preferred.

Exceptional prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Education :

Bachelor Degree
