The Role:
- Deliver high-impact reports and insights using Google Cloud Platform and Looker to drive smarter decisions across the business.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and data visualisations, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Review dashboards and SQL for performance and scalability, ensuring our data tools are robust and future-ready.
- Operate effectively in an agile environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Looker, SQL, and BigQuery.
- A strong interest in programming and data technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- An agile mindset, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to contribute beyond core responsibilities.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys challenging and improving existing processes.
