  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ELT/ETL processes, and data modelling
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
  • Experience with Cloud-native development (e.g. Azure, AWS)
  • Experience of a SQL‑centric ELT frameworks (e.g. dbt, SQLMesh, Dataform)
  • Experience of a Cloud Data Warehouse-as-a-Service (e.g. Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift)
  • Application modernisation and migration
  • Able to produce clean, testable, maintainable code
  • Proficient in designing and managing CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps
  • Test automation and observability
  • Exposure to AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
  • Agile methodologies and collaboration to drive Innovation and continuous improvement
  • Mentorship, coaching and knowledge sharing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
