At UK Biobank, our work depends on the people we bring in from developers and engineers to specialists across science, technology, and operations.
Behind every hire is a story. And behind every story is someone who made that connection happen.
This role sits right at the centre of that.
You’ll join a Talent Acquisition team that’s evolving how we attract and engage talent using data, digital tools, and creativity to build a more proactive, insight-led recruitment function.
This is a role focused on sourcing; you’ll help drive a shift towards a more proactive, data-informed approach to recruitment. That means identifying talent early, engaging candidates through the right channels, and building pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
You’ll work closely with the wider TA team to improve how we engage with candidates from social media and employer branding through to early careers and talent communities.
It’s a hands-on role with real scope to shape how we work.
To be successful, you will have:
Working hours are 35-hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility, 2-3 days on-site with hybrid working available. Located in Greater Manchester.
We actively welcome applications from people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, neurodivergent candidates, and those with diverse thinking styles. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process and in the workplace so that everyone can perform at their best. If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please contact Tommy Wilson
