Job Description
Shape the future of employee engagement and product innovation. Join our Employee Experience Product Team as a Product Analytics Lead, where your expertise will drive strategic insights, impactful solutions, and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise. 

As a Product Analytics Lead on the HR Employee Experience Product Team, you'll focus on storytelling and translating data into actionable insights, prioritizing collaboration and communication over technical development or data science specialization. You will collaborate with senior product managers, engineers, UX designers, and executive stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience. Your work will directly inform product roadmaps, lifecycle management, and the evolution of our platforms. You will champion best practices in analytics, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your ability to synthesize complex information and communicate compelling narratives will influence strategic direction and drive enterprise-wide impact.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, deliver, and communicate comprehensive product success metrics that provide clear visibility into performance, enabling leaders to track progress and make informed decisions that drive business value.
Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, shaping strategic direction and guiding organizational priorities through compelling presentations and insights.
Conduct analytics using digital platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to identify key trends and actionable opportunities.
Apply modern tools and approaches to enhance analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
Integrate data-driven insights into web and mobile product development to optimize user experience and product performance.
Ensure data integrity, reliability, and seamless integration across platforms.
Establish and promote best practices in analytics, stakeholder management, program management, and agile delivery.
Lead the identification and resolution of product friction points, flagging opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Build strong relationships and operate as a trusted business partner across cross-functional teams.
Champion storytelling with data, translating insights into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related discipline
7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, product management, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of delivering significant business impact.
Capable defining, delivering, and communicating product success metrics and performance narratives to executive audiences.
Proficient with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
Strong understanding of web and mobile product development best practices.
Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience with enterprise product platforms and workflows, such as Oracle HCM or comparable systems.
Advanced degree (Master’s) in a quantitative or technical field.
Experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) to enhance productivity and drive business outcomes.
Ability to design and implement robust metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of LLM-driven solutions.
