We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead content management administrators

In this role, you will:

• Independently build customer focused, engaging content in our Content Management System according to supplied briefs.Responsible to ensure all content is accurate and adheres to copy and content standards.
• Independently troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issues with the and content management system.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at a local, regional, and global level.Responsible to ensure website performance across key metrics traffic, natural search, bounce rate, click through rate.
• Oversee and manage content governance and quality metrics.Independently deliver project within scope and timelines.
• Responsible to ensure process optimization  Speed to market.

To be successful you will:

• With minimum graduation and with minimum experience of 5 - 8 Years. Experience and knowledge of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management, electronic commerce, content strategy, web analytics, optimization, accessibility.Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems  and project management tools.
• The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.People leadership experience, preferably in an operational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues, resolve differences and influence stakeholders.Ability to troubleshoot and facilitate the resolution of technical issue.Ability to achieve significant change by working across a matrix multi-site organisation.
• Strong planning and organisation with the ability to drive difficult situations forward.The ability to act on own initiative and exercise creativity in problem solving.Proven experience in balancing a range of competing priorities while delivering to tight deadlines.
• Working with brand guidelines and design systems.Ability to interpret content briefs, or context via page, screen or message copy, in order to provide best digital experience.
