In this role, you will be the primary contact for all assigned engagement requests, taking full ownership and ensuring customer expectations are met. You will facilitate discussions with stakeholders, document meetings, and monitor progress to deliver exceptional results.

Serve as the primary contact for all assigned engagement requests, taking full ownership.
Facilitate discussions with Technology stakeholders to elicit customer requirements.
Document customer engagement meetings and assess work required, including outlining approach and cost for solution delivery.
Monitor progress of assigned requests to ensure customer expectations are met within target timelines.
Collaborate with the Portfolio Management Office to produce management information reports and support key project delivery activities.
Ensure project compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle by working closely with partners.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive actions to conclusion.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for clear and concise information sharing.
Ability to build strong relationships and facilitate discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.
Good listening skills with the ability to assimilate information from various sources for clarification and analysis of customer requests.
Knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle (beneficial but not mandatory).
A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
