Job Title: Project Leader – Site & Facilities
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: From £47,271 – depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Delivering all Submarine operational capability for Dreadnought and future SSNA programmes
Developing specifications for all plant and equipment requirements
Managing the delivery of fabrication and manufacturing activities within Zone A
Coordinating site works in line with CDM regulations
Engaging with Supply Chain during the tendering process
Managing cost accounts and delivery of a specific scope of work (including handover)
Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders and principal contractors
Your skills and experience:
Essential:
Background in coordinating complex site works
Experience leading a team
Knowledge of CDM regulations
Stakeholder and sub-contactor management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Background in Submarine production (e.g. Build/Manufacturing/Engineering)
