R Engineer (Train AI Models Part Time!)

Role overview

In this remote, hourly contract role, you will review AI-generated R code and data analysis workflows (and occasionally write reference solutions), evaluating correctness, statistical methodology, and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Review R analyses for statistical correctness and reproducibility
• Identify issues in data wrangling, modeling choices, and interpretation
• Write clear explanations and reference analyses
• Rate/compare AI responses based on correctness and reasoning

Requirements

• 2+ years using R in analytics/statistics/data science
• Strong applied statistics foundation (inference, regression, validation)
• Familiarity with tidyverse/data.table/ggplot2
• Strong written English (C1+) and attention to detail
