Who we are
Nuweb Group is a global event technology partner, helping enterprise organizers, promoters, venues, and ticketing providers scale with confidence.
We’re a fast-growing force in live entertainment, partnering globally to support events like Formula 1, Metallica, and Disney on Ice.
Our mission is bold - To be the Ticketing Engine of the World.
That means building the infrastructure that solves complex ticketing challenges and creates unforgettable fan experiences.
We are a global company, operating seamlessly across borders and time zones. We take pride in our ability to move quickly, innovate, and push boundaries.
If you want to be part of a team that values curiosity, craft, and ambition - Welcome to Nuweb Group.
How we work
At Nuweb Group we execute at blinding speed. So, if you’re sick of working at organizations that move at a snail’s pace - you will love it here.
We have ambitious goals but remind ourselves to stay grounded. Being the best comes from working together, asking the right questions, and constantly pushing ourselves to improve.
We value openness and elevate talent from within. For us, impact and output speak louder than anything else.
We openly share financials, shareholder updates, and strategy. We are open by default and encourage everyone to be curious and always seek to understand the decisions we make.
We’ve maintained remote working since lockdown and believe remote-first work is a big part of our recent success. It’s allowed us to attract and work with top talent from everywhere, and let's face it, nobody likes long commutes.
But remote-first doesn't mean remote-only. It's still essential to get teams together in person periodically (we do at least twice per year).
These values are non-negotiable. They’re the compass that guides our decisions, actions, and culture. If they speak to you, there’s a good chance you will thrive here.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to aid our US market expansion, driving awareness and adoption of our enterprise ticketing platform across North America.
This is not a high-volume, cold-calling role. Success comes from strategic research, persistence, and relationship-building - understanding target accounts in depth, nurturing them over time, and ensuring we’re top of mind when they’re ready to switch.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales in the UK and Head of Marketing in Canada, acting as our on-the-ground presence in the US Your mission is to identify and engage high-potential organizations that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and establish a strong foundation for long-term growth in the region.
What you’ll do
Drive US market entry: Research, identify, and prioritize US-based target accounts that align with our ICP and expansion goals.
Research & profile accounts: Build detailed profiles on target organizations - mapping stakeholders, decision-makers, buying triggers, and market signals.
Spot timing signals: Track leadership changes, renewals, funding news, and strategy shifts to engage at the right moment.
Nurture relationships: Build and maintain regular, value-driven contact with key stakeholders via email, LinkedIn, and events.
Collaborate globally: Work closely with the UK Sales and Marketing teams to align strategy, share insights, and refine messaging for US audiences.
Support the pipeline: Contribute to generating approximately $6M in qualified pipeline annually, with an expected $1.2M ARR conversion through nurtured opportunities.
Maintain CRM discipline: Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate account profiles, contact histories, and opportunity records.
What we’re looking for
Must be based in the United States (remote within the US)
Must have experience within ticketing, or supporting technologies
2–3 years’ experience in B2B business development, SDR, or BDR roles
Strong research and account-mapping skills - you enjoy digging into companies, spotting patterns, and uncovering buying signals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
Persistence and patience in nurturing accounts rather than chasing quick wins
Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with a UK-based team across time zones
Compensation & benefits
Fully remote role - based in the US
Competitive base salary (DOE)
Uncapped commission structure focused on quality pipeline contribution
Competitive PTO & Healthcare benefits
Clear progression opportunities in a fast-growing, international team
And most importantly - a chance to make your mark as the first US-based BDR, joining a highly motivated, close-knit team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the ticketing industry.
