JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated senior product associate to join our growing Job Architecture & Skills product team within the Employee Experience Product Organization of HR to help reimagine and deliver on the future of job architecture and skills across the Firm.

Join our dynamic Job Architecture & Skills product team as a senior product associate to help shape the future of job architecture and skills within our Employee Experience Product Organization. This critical role supports a firmwide product that defines roles, tasks, and skills, empowering leaders to enhance the talent ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have strong product thinking, analytical, and documentation skills, with a passion for creating exceptional employee and manager experiences.

The ideal candidate for this role has product thinking and execution, analytical, problem solving, and strong documentation skills along with an interest in / passion for delivering world class employee and manager experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains key responsibility for core job architecture product functions including execution of job architecture updates across HRIS and related platforms
  • Participates in the design and end-to-end creation or revision of job and work architectures while owning key pieces of the process with oversight
  • Plans, guides, and executes the implementation of job architecture and skills work across lines of businesses, functions, and roles
  • Brings innovation with AI solutions to improve employee, manager, and HR employee experiences
  • Partners to develop processes to streamline architecture implementations including methodology to ensure dependent partner awareness of upcoming implementations
  • Assists in ongoing job architecture data analysis as requested by functional and product teams
  • Helps develop a self-service approach for keeping the firm’s jobs and job architecture current and consistent over time
  • Accurately forecasts timelines and creates workplans with manager oversight; efficient in execution; stays effective under tight time constraints

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management 
  • Proven knowledge of the product development lifecycle; demonstrated experience with technical and experience design.
  • Ability to define and maintain a product backlog and roadmap, present to stakeholders, and write stories and epics to partner across engineering, data, and design. 
  • Meeting facilitation skills, experience leading workshops or design sessions with cross-functional  stakeholders
  • Strong documentation skills; ability to craft well-written and informative briefs across the domain
  • Prioritization and execution skills; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities
  • Intermediate capabilities in AI tools, M365 suite, and proficiency in Jira or related tools for product management
  • Proven data fluency and analytical capabilities, experience working with sets of data to lead decision-making and identify insights
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure success and optimize strategy.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • General HR domain expertise, particularly in areas of jobs and skills, workforce planning and agility, HR data and analytics
  • Experience working in heavily matrixed global organization, within financial services industry a plus
  • Experience in integrating AI technologies into product development, with a focus on improved end user experiences and driving efficiencies while reducing operational risk
  • Preferred experience supporting global products and requirements within a globally matrixed, regulated organization with a proven ability to represent and navigate across senior leaders across functions
