THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll lead the Net Worth Frontier, one of Monument’s most strategically
important initiatives.
This is not about building another financial dashboard. It’s about reimagining
how the mass affluent see, understand, and act on their total wealth. You’ll
design and deliver a product that aggregates, analyses, and simplifies a client’s
full financial life giving them control, confidence, and clarity.
From day one, you’ll own the vision, the experiments, and the outcomes. You’ll
work like a founder within a regulated bank that moves with start-up velocity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
MONUMENT - PUBLIC INFORMATION
• Own the Net Worth Frontier defining, validating, and scaling a product
that delivers a unified, intelligent view of clients’ total wealth.
• Build the next generation of personal wealth technology, combining
smart data aggregation, analytics, and design simplicity.
• Partner deeply across Engineering, Data, Design, and Compliance to
create a platform that’s secure, seamless, and trustworthy.
• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning
technical capability with commercial ambition.
• Operate with autonomy: move from concept to live experiment in days,
not months. Test ideas fast, measure rigorously, and iterate relentlessly.
• Leverage AI and automation to surface insights, personalise
recommendations, and enable clients to make smarter, data-led
decisions.
• Translate complexity into clarity turning financial data into an intuitive
and empowering user experience.
• Anchor to evidence: run experiments, measure what matters, and let
data guide decisions.
• Scale responsibly: balance innovation and speed with the precision,
compliance, and discipline that define Monument’s culture.

WHAT YOU BRING
MONUMENT - PUBLIC INFORMATION
• Proven product leadership in data-driven or fintech products, ideally
within wealth, personal finance, or digital banking.
• Experience taking products from zero to one, through rapid test-and
learn cycles.
• Strong analytical skills able to turn data and insight into meaningful client
value.
• Familiarity with open banking, financial data aggregation, or data
visualisation technologies.
• Commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable
growth or engagement outcomes.
• Curiosity about AI and machine learning as tools to simplify financial
complexity and enhance personalisation.
• A builder’s mentality resourceful, collaborative, and calm under pressure,
with a passion for elegant problem-solving.
