Job Summary

As a Senior Individual Contributor (IC), you will serve as a high-velocity "hunter" driving large-scale digital transformation across the European media landscape. You are responsible for identifying and closing complex, high-stakes technology deals with Tier 1 Operators, Content Providers, and Sports Rights Holders. This is a strategic role for a market expert capable of securing Tier 1 Enterprise contracts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Hunting: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the European media and sports ecosystem.
  • High-Value Deal Management: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for multi-year, multi-million dollar agreements involving complex technical and commercial integrations.
  • C-Suite Engagement: Build and maintain deep, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Rights, and VPs of Operations).
  • Market Leadership: Represent the company at major industry events e.g. (IBC, NAB, Sportel) to build a robust pipeline and brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B enterprise technology sales, with 5+ years specifically in broadcast technology, OTT, or sports media.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding quotas with a history of closing seven- and eight-figure deals.
  • Sales Methodology: Expert-level application of The Challenger Sale (teaching for differentiation, tailoring for resonance, and taking control) alongside MEDDPICC.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of live production, cloud workflows, and the commercial mechanics of sports rights.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel extensively across Europe (approx. 50%).
