Full Stack Developer

·         Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar technical role

·         Proficient in .Net, React, SQL, and Python

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret requirements, investigate issues, and deliver effective solutions

·         Demonstrated experience developing scalable, high-quality applications

·         Commitment to clean coding practices, continuous improvement, and quality assurance

·         Excellent communication skills, able to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

·         Collaborative team player with a positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn

·         Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while remaining focused and professional under pressure

·         Awareness of current trends, ethical considerations, and the benefits and challenges of AI and automation in software engineering

·         Experience developing with Python and integrating AI tools or techniques into software development would be desirable.

·         Develop efficient, robust, and scalable code for new and existing applications and services

·         Design, test, and implement new solutions in line with departmental standards

·         Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring high availability and low latency

·         Create and update technical documentation for application coding and project development

·         Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues

·         Collaborate effectively within the team and with senior management

·         Analyse requirements, investigate live system issues, and contribute to solutions

·         Perform quality assurance reviews, support product owners and testing teams

·         Manage multiple projects and tasks, meeting deadlines and proactively updating management
