As our HR Operations Administrator, you’ll play a huge role in ensuring our people receive exceptional service throughout their time with us. ?? What you’ll be doing You’ll be a key member of our Leeds-based HR Operations team, responsible for delivering first-class administration and first-line HR support. Your day-to-day will include: ? Owning the employee lifecycle Managing new starter, leaver, and employee change processes Ensuring every interaction is a positive experience from beginning to end ? Being the go-to HR contact Handling queries on policies, processes, and HR issues within SLA Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition ? Keeping us compliant and running smoothly Maintaining accurate people data and supporting GDPR compliance Providing high-quality admin support for HR projects, business change, and cyclical events (pay review, bonuses, engagement surveys) ? Supporting wider HR transformation Playing an active role in our HRIS transformation programme Identifying opportunities for process improvement using HR MI and insights ? About you You’ll thrive in this role if you are: Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail Experienced in a customer-focused, Salary: Up to £29.5k base + other benefits
