• Lead System Design – Architect scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions that serve real business needs.

• Drive Innovation – Recommend tools and technologies that keep us at the forefront of software development.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver systems that are as elegant as they are effective.
• Champion Code Quality – Ensure high standards in code performance, testing, security, and documentation.
• Modernise Legacy – Spot opportunities to refactor or redesign for better performance and reusability.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A solid background in software engineering – ideally at Principal level – and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and ideally Angular and Swift.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices, and containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• A deep understanding of software architecture, system design patterns, and modern development practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with Swift Vapor for server-side API development.
