Grubhub is seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Accounts Data team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our customer acquisition effort by focusing on mission critical projects including lead sourcing, data enrichment, and lead distribution. You will partner with the broader Sales and Operations team to have the best in class lead and prospect data.

This is a role that requires strong organization, internal collaboration, project management and analytical skills. You will dive deep - into data, process, and the customer experience - to identify the critical insights necessary to improve business performance and translate these into action

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in data management and a passion for optimizing operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

The Impact You Will Make

• Support Lead database for one of Grubhub’s key business lines
• Manage the lead database including sourcing and adding net new leads as well as enriching existing leads
• Follow the strategy for distributing leads to the sales team including owning some of the systems and processes to do so
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing impact on business operations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and enrichment initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on data quality metrics and operational performance for senior leadership

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally supporting a sales team
• Analytical mindset and fluency with numbers
• Advanced SQL and Google Sheets skills such as pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Sigma
• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments while maintaining a strong bias for action
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Base Salary:

New York: $75,000- $82,000

Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
