Several years of experience in Salesforce.com platform (Velocity CPQ and Loyalty Cloud Knowledge is an added advantage) Experience in Lightning web components, Aura, JavaScript, HTML, Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Development experience Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, Platform events and Streaming APIs Experience in Live Agent, Lightning Console, Social Studio, Digital Engagement, Omni-Channel, Einstein Bots, Knowledge Base, Experience Cloud Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com application architecture coupled with good knowledge of business processes (Sales, Service, Operations, etc.) Experience with Git Version Control Systems and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery CI/CD workflows (GitHub, Jenkins) within Salesforce Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration patterns as well as object-oriented design patterns and development Willing and able to learn new technologies at a rapid pace Experience working in an Agile/Scrum teams across international locations Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
