What to Expect
As an AI Prompt Engineer, you play a crucial role in developing innovative software solutions to enhance the production of high-quality marketing and retail content.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and understand the marketing, merchandiser, and SEO analyst personas to identify their needs from AI-generated content.
- Develop and optimise high-quality prompts for a wide range of use cases.
- Conduct rigorous testing both manually and using automated tools to evaluate the effectiveness of prompts.
- Research state-of-the-art techniques for applying language models and NLP to improve quality, reliability, and performance.
- Document and communicate research findings, methodologies, and technical specifications to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A passion for AI, LLMs and linguistics, with a good conceptual understanding of how AI technologies work and how they can be manipulated.
- Experience in prompt engineering or a similar role, with a deep understanding of best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, and creativity.
- Analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
- 5+ years’ experience in a technical role or equivalent skillset.
