Join Barclays as a Test automation lead, where you'll be part of the Wholesale Lending team were you will be responsible to establishing best practice standards around test automation for the team. This will include input into the design of the solution to build for testability as well as the creation of actual testing scenarios.
To be successful as a Test automation lead, you should have experience with
• Setting up automated testing solutions, establishing best practices and coaching other testers.
• Programming – Core Java, Collections, OOPS concepts, Exception Handling, SQL, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Junit, Git
• Working in agile teams to define and implement suitable automated testing solutions based on user stores and stakeholder input.
Some other highly valued skills may include
• Understanding of lending products, especially an understanding of how they are priced
• Structured approach to problem solving and ability to manage parallel streams of work.
• Knowledge on Performance testing, security testing.
