What You’ll Be Doing HSE Administration & Compliance Own the collation, preparation and submission of data for audits, board reports, fire risk assessments and environmental reporting. Work closely with the Group HSE Manager to prepare Monthly HSE Reports, BUR Reports and Internal Audit Reports. Oversee and maintain the Fire Risk Assessment Register, Traffic Management Plans and audit templates. Training & Internal Support Develop, publish and promote the annual Group HSE Training Calendar. Maintain our HSE Training Video Library. Act as an Internal HSE Trainer and help coordinate team training sessions. Manage the online HSE Training System: user accounts, course updates, enrolments, new starters, leavers and the Group Training Matrix. Provide day-to-day support to HSE Coordinators across the Group.
