Job Description

The Commerce Payments organization is a motivated, forward thinking team comprised of high talent Product Managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. We seek to transform customer experiences, simplify the ways we do business, and tirelessly drive toward product excellence.

As a Program Management Senior Associate in Connected Commerce on the Payments team you will support a new payment product with a dual focus on program management and business controls.  In this role, you will drive execution discipline, risk oversight and cross-functional coordination. You will play a critical role in leading complex initiatives and ensuring compliance with firmwide standards and control frameworks 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of cross-functional programs, including workstream planning, tracking milestones and escalating risks/issues
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (roadmaps, status reports, dashboards) to ensure leadership visibility
  • Support creation and execution of control frameworks, including monitoring, testing and remediation plans
  • Contribute to governance forums by preparing materials, updates and executive-level communications 
  • Partner with Compliance teams to proactively identify gaps and strengthen program resiliency and embed a culture of control and accountability into program execution
  • Maintain documentation and evidence to support audits, reviews and regulatory enquiries

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital program management, controls or risk management 
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk frameworks and control environments 
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities, stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project) and standard reporting/dashboard tools
  • Proactive, accountable and comfortable operating in ambiguity; resourceful in driving clarity and solutions 
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Accounting or comparable field of study.
