  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning and data-driven insights to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and API platform quality.
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies, API best practices, and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the team.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for transformational API programs, ensuring successful integration and adoption of API Marketplace and Gateway technologies across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Formal training or certification in technical program management concepts and 5+ years of applied experience leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization, with a focus on API platforms, integration, or digital transformation.
  • Experience in technical program management, with a strong background in API architecture, API Gateway technologies (e.g., Apigee, Envoy, Kong, AWS API Gateway), and API Marketplace solutions.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
  • Technical fluency in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), cloud platforms, and integration patterns, including experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations to enable scalable, secure, and on-demand access to API services.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment, with demonstrated success in delivering transformational API programs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning, problem-solving techniques, and data-driven decision-making to break down complex business, technical, or operational objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
  • Experience with regulatory, ethical, and risk management considerations in deploying API solutions within financial services or highly regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
