To be successful Salesforce Designer Lead , you should have:
Enterprise Salesforce Architecture Expertise: deep hands‑on mastery across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, Sharing & Visibility, and multi‑cloud patterns. Integration Architecture: advanced design for REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Objects, event‑driven patterns, middleware, and secure authentication/authorization models.
Data & Security Architecture: LDV strategies, data modeling, indexing, territory models, OWD, role‑hierarchy, permission-set design, and enterprise security compliance. DevSecOps Leadership: CI/CD strategy (SFDX, Git), branching, source‑driven deployments, automated quality gates, and release governance.
Platform Governance & Standards: ability to define and enforce architectural guardrails, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and technical debt strategy. Scalability & Performance Engineering: governor limit optimization, caching patterns, event‑driven scaling, large transaction handling, and performance diagnostics.
Cross‑Platform Solutioning: ability to architect across digital journeys, APIs, mobile, and backend systems (aligned to API‑first engineering direction). Leadership & Stakeholder Influence: ability to guide principal engineers, advise Product/Delivery leadership, and represent architecture in governance forums.
