Product Content Lead

About Us

Camascope is a fast-growing health tech company on a mission to modernize and simplify healthcare delivery through innovative technology. Our platform empowers care providers—pharmacies, care homes, and doctors—by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety, particularly in critical areas such as electronic medication administration (eMAR). At the heart of our work is a commitment to improving lives through intuitive and connected care systems.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Content Lead to own how our product is explained, understood, and kept up to date for customers.

Our products are complex and feature-rich, used by a wide range of audiences — from non-technical carers and nurses to technical IT teams. This role ensures customers can onboard effectively, understand how to use the product day to day, and stay informed as the product evolves.

You’ll be supported during onboarding to build deep product knowledge. As you ramp up, you’ll take ownership of product content — identifying gaps, improving clarity, and delivering high-quality written, visual, and video content that helps customers understand what’s available to them and what’s changing.

You’ll sit within the Product team, working closely with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.

What you’ll own

·       Product user guides for web portals and mobile apps

·       Content supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing product use

·       Content that helps customers understand:

·       New features and improvements

·       Changes that affect workflows or operations

·       Content tailored to different audiences:

·       Clear, task-based guidance for carers and nurses

·       Operational content and advanced features for managers

·       Technical documentation for IT teams (APIs, configuration)

·       Video content for feature explanation, training, and updates

·       Diagrams and visual explanations of workflows and systems

·       E-learning and interactive guides

·       AI-powered knowledge base used by customers and internal teams

·       External release notes and customer-facing roadmap summaries

·       A central product content system, including:

·       Auditing existing content

·       Defining structure, standards, and ownership

Tools & skills

You should be able to quickly master and confidently use tools such as:

·       Video creation & editing: Loom, Camtasia, or similar

·       Design & visual content: Figma, Canva, or similar

·       Documentation & knowledge bases: Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, or similar

·       Collaboration: Jira, Linear, Slack, or equivalent

·       Basic technical tooling: Markdown, GitHub, or similar (for working with engineers)

·

You don’t need to be an expert in every tool listed, but you should be comfortable learning new tools quickly and producing high-quality output independently.

Performance & impact

You’ll be expected to:

·       Define KPIs for product content

·       Show how content improves understanding, adoption, and change readiness

·       Demonstrate how your work contributes to product and company OKRs

·

Bonus points for candidates who:

·       Are data-savvy and comfortable working with usage data or analytics

·       Can track content performance (e.g. adoption, engagement, support impact)

·       Can use data to demonstrate the impact of their work against OKRs

·

What we’re looking for

·       Proven experience creating and leading product documentation and content

·       Excellent written communication and strong visual skills

·       Hands-on experience creating product or instructional video content

·       Ability to explain complex products to both non-technical and technical audiences

·       Experience documenting web portals and mobile apps

·       Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills

·       Comfortable taking ownership across a broad product content surface area

·

Portfolio examples are strongly preferred and will be requested during interviews, including examples of written documentation, visual/design work, and video content.Shape
