Job title: Senior Test and Demo Engineer

Salary: £47,683+ depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading technical test and demonstration projects from initial conception through to completion

• Executing proof of concept & proof of value demonstrations and working with internal customers to derive requirements, lead the development of solutions and demonstrate capability

• Maintaining strong communication (written & verbal) with project stakeholders and working collaboratively across the Digital Engineering teams internationally

• Responsibility for early careers/apprentices and ability to set and manage personal and team workload

Your skills and experiences:

• Understanding and experience of multiple (if not all) stages of the systems/product engineering lifecycle (i.e. V lifecycle)

• Experience of project engineering/managing or leading technical projects or test activities

• Experience in an experimental or digital test environment, working with stakeholders/customers to derive requirements and execute delivery against requirements

• An analytical thinker that is able to manage well in complex environments, where requirements can be unclear
