Cyber Testing & Assurance Remediation Lead

Join us as a Cyber Testing & Assurance Remediation Lead and contribute to strengthening how we identify and respond to cyber risks. This role focuses on evaluating vulnerabilities & findings using threat intelligence, recognised standards, and contextual asset information. You’ll share findings through clear reports and dashboards tailored to a range of stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help assess exposure to emerging threats and manage timelines for remediation. Progress on remediation activities resulting from cyber testing will be tracked and reported regularly.

To be successful as a Cyber Testing & Assurance Remediation Lead , you should have experience with:

• Configuring and securing at least one core platform (e.g. Windows, UNIX, Networking, Citrix) in alignment with cybersecurity practices.
• Understanding cyber threats and applying appropriate security measures to reduce risk.
• Identifying, evaluating, and tracking cyber risk, and recommending suitable actions to address it.

• Communicating cyber risks clearly to those without technical backgrounds.
• Building collaborative relationships and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Understanding how different parts of Barclays operate and contribute to its overall structure.
