We are seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of a scalable, secure, and modern framework that streamlines onboarding and supports development teams across multiple business units within Amex—scaling to meet future demands. You will architect and implement modern API-driven services, application components as per enterprise standards. The role involves advancing ACE Studio Platform and associated components (e.g., Process Engine, Case Management, Core APIs, RPA, and Work Management) with a focus on performance, availability, and maintainability. You'll drive the development of ACE Framework and Platform components, self-service tools, and real-time analytics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost. Ideal candidates will demonstrate deep experience in cloud-native development, distributed systems, enterprise integration, and feature scalability to meet enterprise-wide modernization goals
